Welcome to mySolarLog.com
Displays data from solar energy sites around the world!

MySolarLog.com displays your photovoltaic system's power output through this website and our special program.

The output is the result from our solar  monitoring system. The solar monitoring system is based on our solar monitoring software and this mysolarlog.com website. And this website can be the home for your solar results to!

What's Your Solar Power Today?

New ManualSolarApp version is available! READ MORE
The mySolarApp FREE and mySolarApp FULL versions are available now! For the FREE version check our download section.

We have different version available right now. For the Outback Solar systems* that are connected to a Outback MATE device, a for the Mastervolt Soladin 600 inverter. The new mySolarApp version for the Outback Mate supports now 4 inverters and 4 chargers. But there is also a version for PlugWise plugs and a Free Manual version.

What can our Outback solar monitoring software do for you?

Our Monitoring software will allow you to view in graphic detail the following:

Historical data displayed either daily or last 10 days, monthly and annual
•• Battery Voltage displayed hourly
Grid Voltages displayed hourly
••• Buy and sell Values displayed hourly

Our monitoring software will also give you a technical look at the inner workings of your PV System. You will be able to monitor:
Inverter current
•• Panel current and voltage
••• Buy and sell current
•••• Incoming and output voltage

Our monitoring software also monitors the different operating modes of your PV System:
Operation Mode
•• Error Mode
••• AC Mode
•••• Misc. Mode
••••• Warning Mode
•••••• Our monitoring software will automatically send you an email alert if it detects a problem with any of the Modes.

* Does not support flexnet DC

Our monitoring software also can do diagnostics on your PV System. We can capture your system data for a period of 4 hours and take a sample every minute of the battery voltages and currents. Displays it for you in a graph that will help you and your installer to find or prevent errors in your solar system.

How does all this work?

The program captures data at a designated times throughout the hour. It reworks the data stream into an XML file which is transferred automatically to this website. On mySolarLog.com we process your XML data from your own domain into bar charts and technical data from your system.

You can see some results right now from our test team in Florida. Check out their solar results!
Bob in Palm Beach County, Florida, USA
Dean in Volusia County, Florida, USA
Dan in Broward County, Florida, USA

We are not just software developers. We are also solar system owners who believe that solar power is the solution for energy without pollution and a cleaner planet.

We are working hard to get things done.

psonitPut Solar on it!

On October 10th, 2010, people all over the world will be joining a global work party in what could be the biggest day of climate action ever.
More than a thousand events are planned: to put up solar panels, install wind turbines, plant urban gardens, and take other action to create a green energy future.

We're teaming up with our friends at 350 and 10:10 to ask that world leaders lead by installing solar panels on their own rooftops and on their government buildings.

Add your voice here and demand our politicians roll up their own sleeves with us. If you want to join or start your own work party on October 10th, sign up here.

SM3320

In-Panel Electronics Enable Module and Junction Box Manufacturers to Integrate Award-Winning Power Optimizer Technology

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – June 1, 2010 – National Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE:NSM), a leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog semiconductors, today introduced the solar industry’s first in-panel SolarMagic™ chipset, marking the advent of a new category of solar systems: “smart panels.”

Whereas solar panels today are prone to underperform due to conditions such as age, mismatch and shade, smart panels incorporate advanced electronics to harvest the maximum energy from a solar system.  National and its partners will demonstrate SolarMagic smart panels at Intersolar Europe in Munich, Germany, June 9-11, 2010.  Visit National Semiconductor in Hall B5, Booth #429.

The SM3320 SolarMagic smart panel chipset is the most recent addition to National’s award-winning SolarMagic product line and provides junction box and module manufacturers with the “smarts” to ensure the highest efficiency and return on investment for solar system owners.  By coupling more energy production with a lower balance of systems cost, the SM3320 provides solar system owners a high-performance solution at the lowest cost per kilowatt-hour.

“By introducing the first in-panel smart electronics to the solar market, we are keeping with a five decades long tradition of developing the category-defining products that shape an industry," said Mike Polacek, senior vice president of National’s Key Market Segments Group.  "National Semiconductor has been embedded in the solar industry since its inception.  Already, our power management electronics are used in nearly two-thirds of the inverter and junction box market and we currently have more than 100 MW of solar systems under SolarMagic monitoring and management.  The development of smart panels builds on what National does best – smart power management electronics – to enable higher efficiency, more robust solar systems."
